What is your turnaround time?

We specialize in fast turnaround times. You can have your print completed in as fast as one business day. Some products may take slightly longer usually 3-5 days. Please allow more time for fully custom orders of 7-10 days. Touch Screen Digital Kiosks are made to order and need a 90 day lead time. In most cases we will let you choose how fast you would like to receive your order by choosing your preferred shipping method. Days in Transit: UPS Ground - (1-5 business days) UPS 3-Day Select - (3 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air - (2 business days) UPS Next Day Air - (1 business day) *While we guarantee fast production turnaround, we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by UPS, FedEx or our Freight shipping partners as well as acts of nature.

How will you ship my order?

We ship all our products via UPS, FedEx and our Freight Shipping Partners for larger orders. Any products over 5 feet on the shorter side, may be folded due to UPS/FedEx carrier limitations. Larger orders will be shipped by our Freight Partners on pallets. 

 

Where can I track my order shipment?

You will be given a tracking number by email as soon as your package is picked up by our shipping partners.

What happens if my order gets shipped back to you?

We do not hold responsibility for orders that have been returned to us. If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the order to you and it gets sent back to our facility, please contact a member of our customer service. Please note that if the item gets shipped back out, there will be an additional shipping charge that is equal to that of the original shipping. If the customer does not wish to pay an additional charge, we will NOT be able to ship the item back out. Please keep in mind that all custom printed products are NON-REFUNDABLE. We can issue a refund for any returned hardware. However, no refunds will be issued for a custom printed product.  

 

My product arrived damage or defected, what do I do?

Blitz Sing and Displays guarantees that the order will be delivered safely and without any issues. However, sometimes the order may be damaged in transit. In which case you can take the product images along with the shipping box images, clearly showing the damage and the package label. Upon reviewing the images, we will offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit. You have 48hrs from the time of receiving your package to send us images of the damage.
